📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • The product is not customized or personalized

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

⚠️ Customized jerseys (with player names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and non-refundable unless there is a production defect or error caused by us.


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This process ensures faster service and better stock availability.


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • An item with a printing error

  • The wrong item or size

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@legendswear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and defect

We will prioritize your case and offer a replacement, correction, or refund at no cost to you.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your return.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


💳 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees and customization charges are non-refundable.


🌍 International Orders

International customers may return eligible items, but:

  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer

  • Customs and import fees are non-refundable

Please check with your local customs office before sending international returns.

📜 Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance or customized items) are not eligible for return.
